Here are some frequently asked questions about Chambers & Beau personalised jewellery, but if you can't find what you're looking please contact us.
Lead time
Each piece of jewellery is hand stamped and constructed on receipt of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the creation and postage of your item. We can normally turn things around quicker though so if you have a shorter deadline please let us know and we will try our best to meet it. Please remember that each piece is hand-stamped and imperfections add to the charm.
How to order
Please order through the eboutique. You can create your own combination although if there is a particular combination that you would like that is not shown please get in touch and we will be happy to create it for you.

How to pay Paypal is a safer, simpler way to send and receive money online. The Chambers & Beau eboutique is completely secure and will take you straight to the paypal website where you follow the instructions to pay online.
Stamping Information
The names or words that you would like stamped onto the charms need to be written in the drop down 'add names' box on each order page. Maximum of 9 characters per side.
If you would like words or dates stamped onto the back of charms please place the information in brackets after the word to be written on the front. Seperate each charm with a comma, EG AMY (20.08.04), SAM (25.06.02).
Dates need to be written DD.MM.YY
Gift wrap
All items are beautifully presented in a signature velvet pouch and luxury gift box.
Necklace chain
All Chambers & Beau necklaces feature a heart toggle fastener and feature logo tag.
Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
Once your order is placed you have a 24 hour period in which to cancel if necessary. After this period if personalisation of your jewellery has already begun you will not be able to cancel your order.
Due to the bespoke personalisation of Chambers & Beau jewellery it is non returnable. However if you are unhappy for any reason we will do our best to accommodate. We want you to love your jewellery.
If a mistake has been made on our part (EG incorrect spelling) we will of course correct the error or refund if required.
Postage
All UK items over £50 will be sent by special delivery royal mail free of charge. All European and Worldwide parcels will be sent via royal mail Airsure. Although this is a trackable service there is no guaranteed delivery date. Parcels normally arrive within 10 days.
If you would like a parcel sent via Fedex within a couple of days please get in touch as this can be arranged.
Please note that Chambers & Beau eboutique has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when thr package reached your destination country and for which you might be liable.
Availability
Occasionally items will go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. We cannot guarantee availability of any design. Semi-precious stone shape and size (but not type) will be used based on the designers discretion as some stone shapes are not always available.
Cleaning and care
Polish all Chambers & Beau jewellery with a clean jewellery microfibre polishing cloth avoiding any gold plated areas.
Do not spray perfume or other solvents on to jewellery.
Always store your jewellery carefully after wearing.
Do not use silver dips.
Do not wear in the shower, in bed or whilst swimming.
Privacy policy
Chambers & Beau will not give or sell customer information to third parties. We abide by the Data Protection act 1998 and will only collect information needed to process your order (name, address, telephone number and payment details).
We do not store ANY financial information.
We will process all personal data fairly and lawfully with the consent of the individual.
We obtain data for specified lawful purposes.
All data we collect is relevant to our purposes.
We will not keep data longer than necessary.
We take appropriate technical methods to protect the security of personal data.
Although any e-mails and attachments sent from Chambers & Beau are believed to be free from virus, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that they are virus free. We strongly advise you to carry out your own virus check before opening any attachments.
Chambers & Beau cannot accept liability for damage caused as a result of software viruses.
